The Lollipop Girl. This images is actually my own version of MAC flamingo park advert. I wanted to create my Candy land version of that advert.
I kept the eyes very simple by using MAC pigment in pink and used it as a one block of colour and applied it all around the eye. I then applied eyeliner and lashes. Very simple but striking.
For the cheeks I applied pink blush and highlighter with a small amount of bronzer for contour.
For the lips I used MAC lip liner that matched the eyes and applied it all over the lips and added a small amount of lipgloss.
For the hair I used geisha pins and wrapped the hair in and out of the pin and then used hair straighteners this helped me achieve the big afro hair.
I am pleased with this look however I feel as though I could have added some candy pins in my models hair to give it a more candy land theme. The base of the foundation around the lips are not even and need better blending.
