Project Evaluation

I really enjoyed this project, as it helped me think outside of the box and actually look at my Final images as a a make-up artist/designer, photographer, fashion stylist, props creator and director. This was one challenging project as I had to look at every aspect of money image and how it will pull together by testing out different make-up with different hair and then the clothing and I have changed my idea a few times as well as some of the looks did not come out as good as I would have expected it to. I also had to think of different techniques and even create my own hair and props for the shoot. I am very proud of the out comes as I have put a lot of effort in to the final images. However I feel like there are some areas I need to work on such as I had issues with models dropping out on me on the last minute and me having to find someone last minute or even re-scheduale the photoshoot in total. This was a major set back and I feel like management over models is something I need to work with and even have back up models. I al so feel like some areas in my make-up could be better as looking back at some of my images there are some key areas such as eyebrows and lips I feel like I need to work on much better. Another issue I had was getting most of the items I ordered online did not come in time. I feel as though I should have bought back-up versions of the outfits or hair incase of a late delivery. Overall this project is one the project I have put the most effort where I wanted to create my own hair and props. This did take a lot of time of mine but it was worth it. I am very happy with the outcome as the whole look is very colourful and bright which personally enjoyed doing as it bought out the artistic side of me and come up with ideas and research for inspirational images to create my final looks. I feel I still have to work more on the fashion side of creating a look as I find that the most challenging.
